Privacy policy

• • Full name, email address and phone number.
• • Program of interest, country or preferred location, current level, preferred start date and callback date.
• • How you heard about us, current situation, 3-month goal and urgency level.
• • Date and time of your consent.

This information is used only to respond to your request, to send you a confirmation by email and, when that option is enabled, by WhatsApp, and to recommend the program that fits you best. It is never sold or used for third-party advertising.

Requests are stored securely for a maximum of 24 months, then deleted. They are accessible only to the Promesse Académie team and to the technical services used for hosting, request tracking and sending confirmations.

At any time you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to admin@promesse.ca. We handle these requests as quickly as possible.
